Highland Park
Highland Park, the most Northern Scotch Whisky Distillery in the World, is made today with the same enduring belief and integrity, to the same exacting standards, as it has been since 1798. It is one of only a handful of distilleries where the physically demanding custom of turning malt by hand still takes place. The smoky notes of Highland Park come from Orkney peat which has a subtle and additive impact on the final flavour profile.
